Summer 2025 Offerings for Returning Clients 

Private Swim Lesson - Ms. Abby (ages 6 months plus)

30-minute private lesson offers personalized swim instruction for each swimmer's unique developmental and physical abilities. Ideal for those with sensory sensitivities, fear-based issues, or needing extra attention outside of a class setting.

*No extra charge for additional swimmer sharing lesson.*

 

Private Swim Lesson - Secondary Instructor (ages 12 months plus)

30-minute private lesson offers personalized swim instruction for each swimmer's unique developmental and physical abilities.

*No extra charge for additional swimmer sharing lesson.*

 

Parent / Tot Swim Class (ages 6 months - 3 years)

30-minute class designed as a child's first experience with a swim class. A caregiver will enter the water with the child. Parents will receive water safety instruction and children will gain comfort in the water. Max of 5 students.

 

Intro to Toddlers Class (ages 2.5 years to 4 years)

30-minute introductory class for students taking the next step after Parent / Tot, and for younger swimmers experiencing their first swim class.

Children will work on breath control, submersion, floating, and self-rescue. Student is developmentally capable of waiting at the steps for their turn.

Ratio 2 teachers to 4 students.

 

Intro to Swimmers Class (ages 4 years and up)

30-minute introductory class.

Children will work on submersion, floating, self-rescue, and stroke introductions. Student is developmentally capable of waiting at the steps for their turn. Ratio 2 instructors to 4 students.

 

Swimmers Class (ages 4 years and up)

30-minute class that is ideal for students who have taken a swim class before or have some exposure to swimming. Children are capable of breath control, independent submersion, floating, self-rescue, and beginning to learn strokes. Student is developmentally capable of waiting at the steps for their turn.

 

Stroke Refinement Class (ages 5 years and up)

30-minute class that is best suited for older swimmers who are capable of floating, self-rescue, swimming at least one stroke, and working to improve swim strength. This class includes deep water work. Max of 5 students.

 

Adult Class (ages 18 years and up)

30-minute class for adults who are just starting their journey with water or wish to improve their swim strength. Ideal for those working on breath control, self-rescue, confidence in deep water, and learning swim strokes. Max 4 students.

 

Pre-Team Class (ages 4 years and up)

30-minute fast-paced class for those working on endurance. This class includes deep water sections and lap swimming. It is geared toward swimmers who are refining strokes and endurance.

 

Bravery Private Lesson *open to new clients* (ages 2 years and older)

30-minute private lesson offers personalized swim instruction for each swimmer's unique developmental and physical abilities. This private lesson is aimed to help those struggling with fear-based issues to progress to submersion or swimming. Open to new clients.

Express Lessons (ages 6 months and older)

20 minute private lesson offers personalized swim instruction for each swimmer's unique developmental and physical abilities. Ideal for toddlers needing more opportunities in the pool or for those who want to get in a fast swim regularly. Open to children and adults ages 6 months plus.

 

Adaptive Class (ages 4 years and older)

30-minute class for those with neurodiversity or medical challenges. It is focused on learning basic skills like breath control, submersion, floating, and water safety. Small class size. *Additional safety measures required*
